Wash the king oyster mushrooms and tear into small strips.

Blanch it in a pot of boiling water, drain and squeeze out the water. Set aside.

Without oil in the pot, add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the water dries up and the surface turns yellow. Pour out and set aside.
