Braised hairtail fish

Seafood is always my favorite. As long as it is simply braised, it is fragrant.

Step 1: Wash the hairtail, add onion and ginger segments, cooking wine and pepper to marinate.

Step 2: Prepare sweet potato flour (other cornstarch is also acceptable) and egg white.

Step 3: Rinse and dry the marinated hairtail (you can wipe it with kitchen paper), then wrap it in egg white and sweet potato flour.

Step 4: After heating the pan, pour a small amount of oil into the pan, put the hairtail fish coated in egg white and sweet potato flour into the pan and fry until browned on both sides.

Step 5: Take out the hairtail fish that has been browned on both sides.

Step 6: Add a small amount of oil to the pot, pour in the onions, ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Step 7: Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and water into the pot.

Step 8: Put the fried hairtail into the pot and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 9: When there is still juice in the pot, remove from the pot and put on a plate.
