Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into long sections.

Cut the fat into small pieces, dice the garlic, and cut the dried chili into sections.

Take a small bowl and mix in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar to make a sauce.

Add base oil to the pot and fry the fat meat over low heat until it becomes oily residue.

Add garlic and dried chili and saute until fragrant.

Add cabbage segments and stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds.

Pour in appropriate amount of sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Finally add a little salt and chicken essence and stir-fry until flavourful.
