Dried fish mixed with garlic, bitter chrysanthemum
Overview

OK, you take the rest home! It is said that a leap girl is half a thief, and I am no exception. I even take food with me when I go back to my parents' house. I wish I could dig up all the good things from my parents' house. No, I am thinking about the dried puffer fish given by my father's friend again. Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Wash the puffer fish dry and soak in warm water until soft.
-
Tear into small strips with your hands.
-
Soak the bitter chrysanthemum slightly in light salt water and clean it.
-
Cut into small pieces.
-
Chop the garlic into fine pieces.
-
Add appropriate amount of homemade red oil to the pot.

Add minced garlic to the pot. Stir-fry until garlic becomes fragrant and turns yellow.
-
Add dried puffer fish.
-
Stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant, turn off heat and let cool.
-
Place the washed bitter chrysanthemum on top of the cooled fish meat. (I was lazy, so I didn’t take out the fish and put it directly into a cold pot, so I could save one basin to wash)
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of sugar. (You can also leave it out, according to your own taste)
-
Add Shili rice vinegar.
-
Add some oyster sauce.
-
Add cooked black sesame seeds and mix well.
