Wash Jinhua ham, cut into thick slices and soak in hot water several times (soak out part of the salt in the ham).

Soak mountain mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and fish bones in warm water for 3 or 4 hours, then wash them thoroughly.

Put the ham, ribs, wild mushrooms, wolfberry, green onion segments, and ginger slices into the electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and pour in the cooking wine.

Simmer for 45 minutes, adding an appropriate amount of salt according to the saltiness (ham contains more salt).
