Mix the baking powder and cake flour, sift into the cheese batter, and mix evenly with a spatula.

Pour the cake batter into the mold, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 165 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Bake until the cake batter is slightly hard, take out the mold, cut a lengthwise cut on the surface of the cake with a knife, and place it in the oven to continue baking until cooked. (I cut it to make the cracks neat. I prefer natural cracks)
