Earth Pot Dishes Series--Bean Stew
Overview
I am used to eating earthen pot dishes, and I feel that cooking in other pots does not taste good. This Northeastern home-cooked dish, roasted pork with beans and green beans, is usually stewed in an iron pot. I tried cooking it in my Mando-yaki earthen pot and found that it saves more fire and the meat is more fragrant. This Hanami series has a very elegant appearance. This one is suitable for 1-2 people. The size is just right and the utilization rate is very high.
