Autumn fun in the platter paintings

Overview

When I was exercising early in the morning, I suddenly got inspiration from looking at the birds in the park, so I made this autumn picture. In this work, I tried new ingredients for painting. I used the length of time the caramel was boiled to change the color of the painting. In terms of technique, I used a spoon to paint and scraped with a toothpick to supplement the painting. However, the operation is still difficult. The speed of painting with caramel must be fast. Those who want to try it need to try it a few times to find out the technique. Note that before doing this, prepare a small spoon and a toothpick for painting with caramel. Some techniques need to be practiced by yourself to understand what is going on, so I suggest you find your own techniques when doing it by yourself. If you really want to make this picture, but find caramel difficult to work with, you can also try to use other materials for painting. Ingredients are flexible and need to be explored and discovered by everyone.

  3. Cooking caramel: Put white sugar or rock sugar in a pot, add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Start to simmer for a while until the color gradually changes. Stir repeatedly with a spoon over low heat. Prepare a small spoon for eating and a toothpick to draw with caramel. Note that if the caramel is too dry and too thick, it will be difficult to paint. Turning off the heat will make it easier to cool down and make it difficult to paint, so the painting speed must be fast. If it is too dry, you can add a little water. Don’t make too much

  4. Put the fried ham sausage on it to make a tree stump. Use a sponge to dip 2 drops of vegetable oil and a few drops of water to wipe the plate beforehand, and then wipe it gently with a rag to prevent the caramel from sticking to the plate and not being able to remove it. Scoop a spoonful of caramel and when the color is not too dark, first use the tip of a spoon to spread it on the plate. Shape the leaves into the shape of leaves on the plate, then quickly use a toothpick to draw leaf stems on the leaves with the other hand, then use a spoon to scoop out the caramel that is getting darker and darker to draw the thick branches of the branches, and use a large spoon to scoop the caramel and pour it on the ham sausage. You can not pour it on, it depends on your preference. Remember, you have to draw fast and think about what you want to draw in advance. Only when you know what you want to draw can you draw quickly. (If the caramel sticks to the plate due to improper operation after painting, you can boil it in a pot of boiling water or soak it in water for a few hours, and the caramel can be easily removed)

  5. Use figs to make a civet that eats fruit, cut its tail with seaweed, and then use Kewpie salad dressing to draw a black and white pattern. The body of the civet is made of boiled chestnuts, and pomegranate seeds are placed on it to make the fruit. Carrots and boiled egg yolks are cut into strips to make a smiling sun. A beautiful natural scene with a strong autumn mood appears on the plate!
