  6. First, fry the duck in a wok until there is no water.

  9. Wipe the pot clean, add oil, and heat the oil.

  10. Put it in the pot again and stir-fry the duck over low to high heat.

  11. Stir fry for a while and add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce. Fry for about ten minutes~

  12. Then, add the ginger and stir-fry for about 3 minutes... Add the dried chili pepper and stir-fry for about a minute..

  14. Then, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes~

  15. Next, the last step is to put it in the pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes!
