Appropriate amount of duck

Appropriate amount of ginger

This is grass fruit, this is the most important! You can buy it in the vegetable market.

Crush it with a knife

Remember to score the dried chili peppers, which will make them more flavorful

First, fry the duck in a wok until there is no water.

Then, put it into the sieve basin.

When frying for the first time, you can put some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell!

Wipe the pot clean, add oil, and heat the oil.

Put it in the pot again and stir-fry the duck over low to high heat.

Stir fry for a while and add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce. Fry for about ten minutes~

Then, add the ginger and stir-fry for about 3 minutes... Add the dried chili pepper and stir-fry for about a minute..

Add beer and cover the duck~

Then, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes~

Next, the last step is to put it in the pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes!
