Cut the pork belly into cubes

Wash the chestnuts

Heat the oil in the bottom of the pot, put the rock sugar in and boil until the sugar color appears

Stir-fry until the meat turns slightly brown

Add green onions and ginger slices one by one

Stir-fry with soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and add an appropriate amount of boiling water (add more water, depending on the size of the pot)

Stew for about an hour and a half, add chestnuts, simmer for half an hour, and reduce the juice over high heat. If the water becomes less during this period, you can add an appropriate amount of hot boiled water. Two minutes before cooking, add white vinegar and stir-fry.
