Recently, my husband was equipped with a small oven, and I always wanted to make some snacks for the little buns. Today I chose this crispy and refreshing radish shortbread.

  1. Prepare the ingredients, shred the white radish, mince the shallots, soak the dried shrimps and mince them and set aside
