  5. Cook the dry ingredients and meat until fragrant, remove and drain, and set aside

  6. Put a little oil in the pot, heat over low heat, pour in brown sugar and simmer until foaming, add pork belly, stir-fry the oil, add cooking wine, add dark soy sauce to color and stir-fry until fragrant

  7. Add boiling water, green onion, ginger and garlic to the pot. Cover the pork belly and simmer over high heat for 10 minutes. Then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes
