Prepare the ingredients, a box of fat tofu, a preserved egg, and 2 corianders, washed and set aside.

Turn over the fat tofu, cut off a little bit at each of the 4 corners, and pinch it with your hands to let air enter the box. Turn over and remove the sealing layer from the box.

Use a knife to evenly cut the tofu into 1cm thick tofu cubes. This step can be done on the plate.

Chop the preserved eggs and coriander into small pieces, put them on the tofu, and top with vinegar, light soy sauce and sesame oil and that’s it! I only used red pepper for garnishing. If you also want this dish to look better, it is recommended to use non-spicy Hangzhou pepper for garnishing.
