Crispy grilled fish fillet
Overview
Choose delicious, boneless Longli fish fillet, dry it after defrosting, and marinate it for a while; wrap it in seasoned and oiled bread crumbs, and bake it in an electric oven for 20 minutes. A crispy fish fillet that is loved by children is out! Less oil, healthy, crispy and delicious!

Clean the fish fillet after it has been defrosted naturally. Be sure to use sterilized tea towels or kitchen paper to fully absorb the moisture;

Add minced garlic and chopped parsley (chopped coriander can also be used) to the bread crumbs, and mix well;
