Peanut Brown Sugar Cake
Overview
Usually, I only put white sugar in cakes, and I feel that the taste is very simple. Today, the cake I made not only put white sugar, but also brown sugar and crushed peanuts. When I took a bite of the soft cake, it had the aroma of peanuts and brown sugar! It’s really delicious. Adding brown sugar makes the cake red and sweet! Brown sugar is good for girls to eat more. It can warm the body, increase energy, activate qi and blood, and speed up blood circulation!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, (this brown sugar powder was bought in the supermarket)
-
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and put them into two water-free and oil-free basins. Note that there should not be any yolk in the egg whites!
-
Add oil to the egg yolks and mix evenly with a hand whisk!
-
Add milk and mix well!
-
Add brown sugar powder and mix well!
-
Sift in the flour!
-
Stir evenly, without any particles, and set aside for later use!
-
Use an electric egg beater to beat the egg whites until they are frothy, add 10g of white sugar,
-
Beat until fine foam, add 10g sugar,
-
If there are lines on the edge, add the last 10g of sugar,
-
Beat until there are obvious lines, lift the egg beater, and you can pull out straight corners!
-
Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste in three batches, flip it up and down like a dish, and do not make circles! Mix thoroughly every time!
-
An eight-inch removable bottom cake mold, sprinkle with half of the finely chopped peanuts, (I made this before, if you like it, you can get the recipe in my recipe)
-
When the batter is in, shake it hard a few times to knock out the bubbles, sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top, preheat the oven, then put it in the middle rack of the oven, 150 degrees for 60 minutes! It cannot be opened halfway!
-
After baking, turn it upside down on a wire rack and cool!
-
Perfect release!
-
Cut into pieces and take a bite. The soft cake is filled with the aroma of brown sugar and peanuts. It’s delicious!
