Stir-fried pork slices with zucchini, apricot and abalone

Zucchini is called zucchini here. I often use it to make stuffed buns. It has no special taste and is good fried.

Ingredients: Slice pork belly, slice zucchini, slice apricot abalone, chop green onion and ginger, put these on separate plates and set aside.

Add 6 grams of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, white pepper, cooking wine, and starch to the pork belly slices, stir evenly with a spoon, and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.

Turn on low heat and pour oil into the pot.

Add the marinated meat slices and fry until they change color.

Add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the apricot abalone and continue to stir-fry.

Add the zucchini slices and stir-fry.

Add 3 grams of light soy sauce and salt, and stir-fry the vegetables in the pot evenly.

When the zucchini slices are cooked, turn off the heat and serve on a plate, garnish with a few chopped green onions.
