  3. Prepare the fish scales and internal organs and make several cuts.

  4. Cut some shredded ginger and place it on the fish and sprinkle some pepper.

  5. Place in a pot of boiling water and steam for 18 minutes (subject to completion).

  7. Pour on the bean paste, sprinkle with a little sugar, and continue steaming for 2 minutes (this bean paste is very salty and will taste better if you add a little sugar).
