Prepare braised beef, peanuts, coriander, and green onions.

Put fried Sichuan peppercorns in the pot and fry slowly over low heat until they are slightly smoking. You can also taste whether they are numb or not, they will be fine.

Take out the Sichuan peppercorns (there is also Sichuan peppercorn oil sold in supermarkets, so you don’t have to fry them)
