Cut the potatoes into thick slices, add a spoonful of salt to the pot, and cook the potatoes until soft.

Cut the onion into small pieces and blanch the potatoes in a pot. (If you like it a bit raw, you don’t need to blanch it. The blanched fish must be placed in a grate, otherwise it will be difficult to fish out.)

Cut the cucumber and ham into small pieces (I like to chop them into smaller pieces for a better texture)

Remove the potatoes and mash them into a puree (use any method). Add onions, cucumbers and ham and mix well

Pour out an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes that have been stirred evenly, add an appropriate amount of milk and salad dressing (milk is optional)

Stir evenly and serve

There was still too much to eat, so I put it on a greased baking pan, sprinkled it with salt and put it in the oven to make baked mashed potatoes. The taste was just as good!
