Silk crispy cake
Overview
It's raining heavily outside, and I don't want to go out to buy groceries. I remember that I still have to make pancakes and bake two scallion pancakes. Crispy and delicious, but lacking some vegetables.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix with 60° water to form a dough and let it rest for more than 30 minutes.
-
Take the fried scallions out of the refrigerator and let them soften (scallions should be used, because it rained and I didn’t go out, so I used scallions instead)
-
Chop green onions and add a little thirteen spices and salt.
-
Add softened pastry.
-
Mix well.
-
After waking up, divide it into two portions.
-
First, roll one of the ingredients into a long and thin strip and spread it evenly with the pastry.
-
Use a knife to cut the dough into 1cm wide strips (do not cut off both ends)
-
Roll it up sideways and stretch it as long as possible.
-
Roll up from one end and divide into two pieces to form two cakes.
-
Preheat the electric baking pan, flatten the cake dough, and roll it out a few times. Place in the pan and sear the front and back until cooked through, about 7 minutes. Turn over carefully
-
The fried shortbread is crispy and fragrant. Shake it with chopsticks and scatter it immediately. Extraordinarily delicious.
