Overview

Nuts, dried fruits, bread, milk, and a glass of juice are very suitable for breakfast. The original recipe is from Bo Hui's new book, and has been slightly modified

Steps

  1. Bake the diced toast and sliced almonds at 100 degrees for about 10 minutes

  2. Mix milk, evaporated milk and sugar and cook over low heat until the sugar melts

  6. First put the mixed toast, dried fruits and almond slices, then pour the milk, pour 1CM of water into the baking pan, put the test bowl into the baking pan in a water bath, and set it at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
