Wash and blanch the chicken legs, put them into a cooking pot, add water, add onion, ginger, aniseed, cooking wine and cook for 20 minutes until the chicken legs are cooked. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the chicken soup. Add salt and cook until the flavours. Turn off the heat, add MSG and sesame oil, and the chicken soup is ready.

The fresh shrimps are cooked and set aside.

Wash and blanch the cabbage and set aside.

Boil the noodles in the shrimp cooking water until the noodles are cooked.

Chop the coriander and set aside.

Put the cooked noodles into a bowl, add chicken legs, eggs, shrimps, cabbage and coriander. Pour in chicken soup and serve.
