Fried rice with colorful pepper and tomato sauce
Overview
Sometimes there is leftover rice, which is a waste if it is thrown away. You can add some ingredients to make fried rice. Fried rice has been my favorite since I was a child. Although it was not rich in food at that time, my father usually only added some chopped green onion and soy sauce to make it delicious. Now, of course you can add whatever you want to the fried rice. Because I love to eat, even if there is no leftover rice, sometimes it will be fried and eaten. I like the sweet and sour taste of tomato juice. Adding it to fried rice is very appetizing.
