Grilled Pork Ribs
Overview
Because I have always been afraid that grilled meats will splash all over the oven with oil and it will be too troublesome to clean, so I have never made them in the oven. But I’m used to eating braised pork ribs, sweet and sour pork ribs, and pork ribs soup, so I want to change the way I eat it. Today I’m going to make grilled pork ribs. The name is not important, the key is that it’s delicious!

Steps
-
Prepare seasoning.
-
I didn’t buy special rice wine, so I used the juice from rice wine instead.
-
Mix all the seasonings, stir the salt and sugar until melted, add the washed ribs, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
-
Take it out after 6 hours and wrap it in tin foil. Be sure to wrap it tightly, otherwise the juice will run out when baked later.
-
Place them one by one on the baking sheet, put them in the preheated oven, bake at 170°C for 30 minutes, take them out, peel off the tin foil, and brush the surface of the ribs with teriyaki sauce (teriyaki sauce is a bit sweet, my family doesn’t like it, so I use soy sauce, sugar, salt, and a little tomato sauce), then put it in the oven at 190°C and bake it for about 10 minutes.

The picture looks bluish under the light at home, but the actual finished product is slightly burnt yellow, which is very attractive.
