First, prepare the ingredients. The rice rolls were bought in the supermarket. I cut them into pieces for easy frying. One egg is enough, and then the ingredients are chopped one mushroom, chopped green onion, some minced meat, fungus, one garlic, a small amount of ginger, and two cabbage

Then heat the pan, add some oil, pour the eggs into the pan and fry them. I used a pan, cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl for later use

Then pour in the rice rolls and scrambled eggs, stir-fry a few times, add the cabbage, and stir-fry until the leaves are less energetic

After the vegetables are soft and the water content is about the same, you can pour in the soy sauce. Turn up the heat and stir-fry quickly. The soy sauce needs to be stir-fried to get the fragrance. After the stir-frying is completed, sprinkle some green onions and it is ready to be plated after they are all colored.
