Prepare good ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Preparation: pink leather.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft.

Cut the heart meat into pieces, blanch it and wash it and set aside (I forgot to take a photo of the blanching).

Put the pork belly into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and pepper, and simmer for about half an hour (cook to your liking, the pork belly will be more delicious if it is a little chewy).

Fold the beans into sections and clean them.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and stir-fry beans for a while.

Add some heart-protecting meat soup and simmer the beans until they are almost done.

Then add the stewed heart meat and appropriate amount of soup and continue cooking until the beans are cooked.

This is soaked vermicelli, torn into small pieces (I'm more rude and use big chunks).

Put the vermicelli into the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

It's stewed, it's so fragrant and delicious. It has vegetables and meat, and it's OK as a vegetable or as a staple food.
