Fried rice noodles
Overview
At home, rice and porridge are usually the main dishes, and fried rice noodles, noodles or other dishes are rarely cooked. Mainly because my dad doesn't like eating those things, so we only make them once in a while when we want to eat them. In fact, you should change the taste occasionally. You will get tired of eating rice all the time.

Cut the pork belly and lean meat separately. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with some salt

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add rice noodles and cook for a while

After the rice noodles are cooked, take them out and drain them twice with cold water and cut them into small pieces with scissors

Wash, peel and grate the carrots into shreds, wash and cut the leeks into small pieces

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the eggs and take them out

Put a little more oil in the pot, put the pork belly in and stir out the oil

Add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry until it changes color

Add carrot shreds and stir-fry until soft

Add rice noodles and stir-fry

Stir-fry the rice noodles and stir-fry the leeks
