Mixed soup
Overview
I have been fond of mixing mixed soup with it since I was a child. This soup is available in restaurants here. My family usually likes it. Although the name is not very nice, it tastes really good and it is relatively simple to make. It just seems like there are a lot of ingredients used

Wash and prepare all the ingredients

Cucumber and tomato slices

Tofu slices

Tear the mushrooms

The meat can be sliced or shredded

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the rice cooking pot. The three of us put 8 to 9 bowls of water

Heat oil in a wok, add peppercorns and star anise and fry until fragrant

Add the meat and stir-fry until it turns white, add the dark soy sauce, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes

Bring the water to a boil and add the fried meat, mushrooms, fungus, garlic sprouts, and green pepper tofu. Cook for 4 minutes and add tomatoes and cucumbers. Add salt and chicken essence and cook for 5 minutes. When out of the pot, add coriander segments, sesame oil, and white pepper
