Use scissors to cut the back and abdomen of the shrimp, and use a toothpick to remove the shrimp lines. Cutting off the shrimp gun and picking out the sandbags is a torturous process. The prawns are really delicious and difficult to remove.

Heat the pot and add a little more oil than usual for cooking. When the oil is smoking, add the shrimps and fry until one side is fried and the other side is fried for two to three minutes.

Add shredded green onions and ginger, half a teaspoon of salt, a small spoonful of peppercorns, a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and two tablespoons of water, and stir-fry until the soup becomes thick and flavorful.
