  1. Soak the dried fish in clean water for more than half an hour. When the dried fish becomes soft, remove and drain the water and set aside.

Then add peanuts and small fish and stir-fry, add a small amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar. Dried fish itself has a salty taste, so you don’t need to add salt.
