Overview

This toast is a simple toast, which is milk toast with some black currants and raisins added. Although not much is added, the nutritional content of the whole toast is greatly improved because the black currants and raisins are rich in nutrients

  1. Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine

  2. Start a dough kneading program and then add softened butter, start a dough kneading program again, and knead the dough to the expansion stage

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

  7. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a long shape, put a layer of raisins on it, and then roll it up

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 35 minutes
