Prepare ingredients: dark soy sauce, chopped green onion, salt, chili oil, white sugar, water starch, cooking wine, old tofu.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch them in a pot of boiling water.

Remove and let dry.

Adjust the sauce: Pour the cooking wine, salt, dark soy sauce, chili oil, and water starch into the pot, stir well, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the blanched tofu cubes and stir-fry, add the sauce and turn the iron pan to make the tofu soak up the soup.

After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
