Avocado Cheese Scones
Overview
Scones in British afternoon tea are inseparable from fat, especially butter. When enjoying such a high amount of butter, I feel full of guilt. I suddenly thought of using avocado instead of butter, and using cheese powder to increase the milky flavor. There is no sugar, and the slightly salty taste is even more refreshing.
