Prepare the materials and mix the yeast with warm water of about 30 degrees

Use 750ml of warm water (including water with yeast) to knead the dough into a smooth dough and wait for fermentation (usually the fermentation takes four to five hours in weather around 15 degrees Celsius. If the weather is cold, the fermentation time needs to be extended as appropriate)

Wait for the fermentation time to prepare the meat filling

The dough will be ready when it forms a honeycomb shape

Knead the risen dough into a smooth dough again and start making buns

To prevent the finished buns from sticking to the steamer drawer, you can apply a little cooking oil on the bottom of the buns, then put the steamer on high heat and steam them for 20 minutes
