Overview
Slightly spicy, salty and fresh, the fungus is delicious, and the straw mushrooms are fresh and tender. My son loves it as a side dish😍😋

Ingredients
Steps
-
Appropriate amount of straw mushrooms.
-
Soaked black fungus and screw pepper.
-
Cut the capsicum and red pepper into diamond-shaped slices. (I didn’t expect the screw pepper to be very spicy, so I replaced it with a red pepper)
-
Wash and slice the straw mushrooms.
-
Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot, blanch the straw mushrooms and remove them from the water. (No need to control the water, the extra soup is very delicious)
-
Blanch the black fungus for a while and take it out.
-
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry onions, ginger, garlic, and pepper until fragrant.
-
Add the green and red peppers and stir-fry twice.
-
Pour in the black fungus and blanched straw mushrooms together with the soup and stir-fry a few times.
-
Season with appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
-
Stir well and turn off the heat.
