Delicious milky omelette
Overview
I learned this from a program. When frying eggs, pour some milk into the egg liquid to make the eggs more tender and delicious. This is the first recipe I have published, I want to share it with you ^v^.

Prepare 3 eggs, a green onion, a sausage, a small yellow pepper, and a small amount of milk.

Chop the green onion, cut the sausage into small slices, and dice the yellow pepper (cut into smaller pieces).

Break the eggs into the bowl

Stir into egg liquid

Pour the chopped green onion, sausage, and yellow pepper into the egg liquid in turn and stir evenly.

Put a teaspoon of salt in the egg mixture

Put a small teaspoon of sugar in the egg mixture

Pour a little more milk into the egg mixture, not too much, about two tablespoons and stir evenly

Heat up the pan and pour oil

Shake the pot to spread the oil and cover the entire bottom of the pot

Pour the egg liquid into the pot and shake the pot to spread the egg liquid

Cover the pot

Turn to low heat and simmer

Open the lid of the pot, shake the pot, and turn off the heat if you find that there is still a little egg liquid left to flow. Simmer for about 3 minutes

Don't rush out of the pot, cover the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the egg liquid is solidified, then you can take it out of the pot

Because of the addition of milk, the eggs in the middle are more tender, tender and smooth, like pudding.
