Hong Kong style toast
Overview
I've been really busy lately, so I haven't updated for a long time. I apologize to you all... This is my favorite recipe, and it's also made with a bread machine. At first, I didn't believe how you could make high-quality bread with only 250g of high-gluten flour, but everyone said that this recipe is delicious, so I thought I'd give it a try. I didn't expect it to be really good, and the inner tube of my 500g bread machine was much taller! The texture is very soft and really on point!

Ingredients
Steps
-
The original recipe contains water, I replaced it with milk, 135g, put it in the bread bucket, and first added 2g of salt
-
Add 50g sugar
-
Add 30g beaten egg liquid
-
Sift in 225g high-gluten flour
-
Sift in 25g low-gluten flour
-
Then add 8g milk powder
-
Add 3g yeast
-
Finally add 25g olive oil
-
Then follow a dough kneading procedure
-
After the dough mixing process is completed, do not open the lid. Leave it to ferment naturally for more than an hour. When it is eighty percent full, you can bake it
-
Set the baking program, I set it to 40 minutes
-
It looks like it’s just baked, and the top surface is evenly colored!
