Cut the tofu into thick slices.

Put it into the oil pan and fry on both sides until it is slightly brown and slightly colored. Do not fry it too dry.

Leave oil in the pot, add chopped pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, pour some cooking wine and light soy sauce. Add half a bowl of hot water.

Add the fried tofu, cover and reduce the heat to reduce the soup.
