Vegetable and meat cold wontons
Overview
A cold wonton dish with Shanghai characteristics, thick sesame sauce mixed with cold vegetable and meat wontons. It is delicious with a mellow peanut aroma, and the aftertaste is slightly sour and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the green vegetables, add some boiling water and blanch them until they change color.

Take out and drain in cold water.

Crush the processed vegetables with a food processor.

Squeeze the water out of the green vegetables; they don’t need to be particularly dry.

First, add oil to the green vegetables and mix well. Set aside.

Break into pieces like sandwich meat.

Add the stirred meat to the vegetables, then add pepper, fresh chili powder, ginger powder, a little sugar, and salt.

Stir vigorously in one direction.

Then wrap it in wonton wrappers and cook.

Remove and add oil and mix well. (Use a fan to cool while mixing)

Add sesame paste, peanut butter, and some cold water and mix well to form a thick, flowing paste.

Add the prepared peanut butter and vinegar to the cooled wontons and mix well.
