Ingredients: bamboo shoots, sliced meat, dried prunes (washed)

Peel the bamboo shoots and cut off the old roots and clean them.

Place on chopping board and cut into slices.

Blanch the chopped bamboo shoots in a pot of water for 5 minutes and then remove.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, add the washed prunes and blanched bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of MSG.

Season and stir-fry until combined.
