Braised tofu with pickled vegetables
Overview
I went to buy tofu today and found something I didn't recognize in a basin next to it (because I'm a foreigner). To satisfy my curiosity, I asked. The aunt who bought the tofu said it was pickles and the roasted tofu was delicious, so she persuaded me to buy some to try. When I heard my aunt say it was delicious, I had to buy some to try. After asking her for advice on how to cook it, it turned out to be really delicious. She really didn’t lie to me😄😄
