Coke Chicken Wings

Overview

Cola chicken wings are a very popular popular dish. I made this dish by slightly adjusting the ingredients to make it more oily and red in appearance, which increases the appetite.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the chicken wings, pat them on both sides, sprinkle with salt and cooking wine, add shredded onion and ginger and marinate for ten minutes. In a dry pan without oil, add the chicken wings and fry for two minutes, then remove. In another pot, stir-fry the sugar color over medium to low heat, then add the chicken wings and stir-fry to coat the sugar color.

   

2. 2 Pour in cola, add rock sugar and salt, bring to a boil over high heat, and reduce the juice over medium heat.

   

3. 3 A plate of oily, red and slanderous Coke chicken wings is freshly baked.
