Sesame Brown Sugar Cake
Overview
There are mainly two types of pasta: fermented noodles. The fermented ones are good for digestion. (Of course noodles are fermented noodles and are easier to digest.) Scallion pancakes and shortbreads are not as easy to digest as bread, steamed cakes, and steamed buns. So if you like it, you can also try making semi-risen sesame brown sugar cake, which tastes soft and sweet

Steps
-
Add flour, eggs, and baking soda to an appropriate amount of warm water and knead well (it’s better if it’s softer and not sticky to your hands). Let it rest for 20 minutes to prevent sticking. Sprinkle a small spoonful of oil on the edge of the basin
-
Divide the risen noodles into two pieces, roll them out thinly and use a spoon to coat them with sesame paste and sprinkle with brown sugar. It depends on your taste
-
Fold the left side to the middle, fold the right side to the middle, then fold it three times again, (I forgot to follow this) and roll it into an oval shape
-
Fry in oil pan until both sides turn brown and simmer for a minute
