Braised Chicken Wings
Overview
The chicken wings are small in size, mature and taste very quickly. My son ate several of them in one meal!

Wash chicken wing roots.

Pour oil into the wok, fry the star anise until fragrant, then add the chicken wings and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the skin of the chicken wings turns white and wrinkles, then add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add brown sugar and stir-fry until melted.

Add chicken powder, salt, dark soy sauce, green onions, and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of hot water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, and I braised three eggs!
