One pot soaked udon

Overview

Ever since I watched Chibi Maruko-chan's father Hiroshi making a pot of soaked udon for Maruko-chan, he mixed eggs and five-spice powder into it and cooked it together. I specially bought udon noodles and improved it on the way. It was really good. It seems that I have the same taste as Maruko-chan's father and Maruko-chan. I don’t know whether I should be happy or not. . .

1. 1 Prepare materials
