Vegetable grilled lamb chops
Overview
Western barbecues like to be marinated and grilled with vegetables. I have tried it several times. Adding vegetables to the grilled meat has an extra layer of fragrance from the vegetables, and with the help of the moisture of the vegetables, the grilled meat is more juicy and tender. Today's roasted lamb chops borrowed the method of Western food. They grilled carrots and onions, seasoned with cumin barbecue sauce, and added vegetables. The roasted lamb chops were extra tender. I took out a few pieces of the roasted meat to take pictures. By the time I finished taking the pictures, there was no more left in the baking pan, haha

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the mutton chops into sections of about 4 cm. I also cut a few long pieces of about 10 cm
-
Add cumin barbecue ingredients
-
Catch and mix evenly. Catch it once more so that the flavor can be thoroughly absorbed. Then refrigerate and marinate for half a day
-
Take out the marinated lamb chops and add carrot slices and onion shreds. In order to make the cumin flavor stronger, I added some freshly ground cumin grains, mix well again, and marinate for about an hour
-
Then take about 5 grams of barbecue ingredients, add cooking oil, mix well and use to brush the surface
-
Place the carrots and onions on the bottom, and place the lamb chops on top. This way the lamb chops will not stick to the baking sheet and will not lose water easily
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the lamb chops for 20 minutes
-
Take it out, brush with a layer of sauce, and bake for another 20 minutes
-
You can enjoy the roasted lamb chops on the table, and eat them with fruits, haha, it will be even more beautiful
