Chop the green onion, slice the ginger and garlic, cut the dry red pepper into sections, and grab a few peppercorns

Wash the cabbage and tear it into large pieces with your hands. In order to make the cabbage crispy, I first sprinkle a little salt on the cabbage. When the water comes out, squeeze out the salt water. This will make the vegetables crispy.
