Overview

The ingredients are so simple, the texture is crispy and fragrant, and it’s delicious~~ The rice is almost eaten before it’s even served. Do I have to buy more next time~~~ We like to fry it for a little longer. If you prefer a tenderer texture, turn off the heat when it’s almost done~~

  1. Bought fresh white mushrooms; even though there are so many in a small basket, there are very few after they are cooked~~

  2. Wash and dry the mushrooms, then cut them into thick slices; I only cut 4 slices for one mushroom;

  3. Heat some oil in a pan, add mushrooms and fry slowly over medium heat;

  4. Fry until golden brown and dry on both sides, sprinkle some cooking wine;

  5. Sprinkle some salt and grind in black pepper;

  6. Stir fry a few times and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
