Cold Sour Radish Shreds
Overview
Haha! Cold and sour shredded radish is my specialty! It’s absolutely delicious to serve as porridge in summer! The radish and sour shreds I made are ready to be eaten right away, without the tedious chores of drying the radish and putting the sour sauce in the jar! Moreover, the sour shredded radish made in this way is extremely crispy! And it retains the food effects of raw radish; it clears away heat and promotes body fluids, cools blood and stops bleeding, resolves phlegm and relieves cough! However, if the spleen and stomach are weak, it is best for pregnant women to eat cooked white radish. I'm a bit greedy today, so let's start with the sour radish shreds!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the white radish into shreds and put it into a pot. I prepared a big pot so that the radish won’t fall out when mixing the ingredients later
-
Cut the pepper into small pieces
-
Cut the cilantro and green onion into small pieces. If you don’t like cilantro and green onion, you can leave it out
-
Put the previously cut pieces into a pot together
-
Add salt, the amount of salt is according to your own taste
-
Pepper, just add a little seasoning
-
Add sour vinegar, if you want it sour, add more
-
Pour some cold boiled water, dilute the sour vinegar, and add some sour water. After eating the sour shredded radish, the remaining sour water will be delicious! Haha
-
After putting the ingredients, grab them with your hands. Remember to wear disposable gloves, otherwise your hands will be hot after grabbing the radishes! Uh... But I suddenly wanted to eat sour radish shreds, so I didn’t prepare gloves
-
Good job!

Grab the sour silk and put it on the plate, let’s eat! Haha
