Overview

You can eat two kinds of cabbage. It is best to boil the selected leaves in a pot of boiling water and make them into tofu or stew. Don't cut the meat slices together for frying, as it won't look good when fried.

  1. After slicing the pork, add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for about fifteen minutes.

  2. Remove the leaves from the cabbage, wash and slice diagonally.

  3. Slice five grams of green onion, shred three grams of ginger, and shred one red pepper.

  4. Heat the pot and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat slices. Stir-fry until the oil is released. Add the green onion and ginger. Add chopped pepper, cooking wine and light soy sauce. Stir-fry and add the cabbage. Add salt and stir-fry until raw. Add chicken essence and stir well. Turn off the heat and add a little vinegar along the edge of the pot.

  5. Plate and serve. The meat is tender and the vegetables are crispy and delicious.
